- Mientras preparar las albóndigas en un bowl poner la carne, el perejil o cilantro, el ajo, la cebolla cortada en cuadros muy finitos y ají de color a gusto y sal, mezclar todo hasta formar una masa que se pueda moldear con las manos, hacemos bolitas 2 por plato de 50 gramos apróximadamente cada una.
- Revisamos el caldo y agregamos las albóndigas (debe estar a fuego bajo) 1 a 1 y agregamos finalmente los porotos verdes terminamos la cocción cuando las albóndigas estén cocidas, rectificar sabor y servir inmediatamente, poniendo 1 papa, 1 trozo de zapallo, 1 trozo de choclo y 2 albóndigas, agregar unas pocas verduras y cubrir con el caldo y cilantro picado fino y a disfrutar.
