  1. En un bowl poner la carne, ajo picado, el poco de cebolla en cubos muy pequeños, comino, tomillo, mezclar bien y dejar reposar unos minutos

Una vez reposados, armar las albóndigas al tamaño que desees (apretar y luego formar)... en una olla con agua hirviendo y sal las fui agregando (mientras el horno lo tenía a 150º) cuando ya estuvieran lista unos 3 minutos o cuando se vea que comienzan a flotar las saque.. y se fueron al horno 15 minutos
  3. Mientras las albóndigas están en el horno comencé hacer la salsa(usar la que más te guste)...agregando la cebolla, cuando estén medias blandas agregue el tomate picado, mezclar y agregar la salsa... ir revolviendo y luego agregar el cilantro picado...
  4. Al pasar los minutos agregar las albóndigas a la salsa a fuego medio bajo (nº1) para que se junte todos los sabores...
  5. Sugerencias: yo las hice agregando al agua con sal y luego al horno, pero puede ser cualquiera de las dos maneras. Llevarla al agua con sal hirviendo y esperar a que floten y se van a la salsa o al horno por 10 minutos por cada lado y luego llevarlo a la salsa y que terminen de hacerse ahí...
